Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development:
    • Develop end-to-end automation solutions using RPA Blue Prism and Power Automate plus Python.
    • Collaborate with business to understand process workflows, requirements, and translate them into automation solutions.
    • Build, test, and deploy Blue Prism processes and objects to automate business tasks.
  • System Integration:
    • Integrate Blue Prism bots with other systems, applications, and APIs as per the client requirements (e.g., SAP, legacy systems, web applications).
    • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and system issues, ensuring smooth bot functionality and process execution.
  • Advanced RPA Development:
    • Utilize advanced Blue Prism functionality (e.g., work queues, exception handling, multi-session management) to optimize process automation.
    • Apply best practices in RPA development, including reusable object design and efficient error handling.
  • Support & Maintenance:
    • Provide post-deployment support and maintenance for existing automation solutions.
    • Monitor the performance of bots and address any issues or enhancements as required.
  • Regularly monitor BOT for any failure, Check logs on a daily basis for any error.

 


Key Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications:
    • Blue Prism Developer Certification (Mandatory).
    • Additional RPA or relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).

 

  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
    • Strong attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive financial data.
