Manager - Continuous Improvement

Form part of the team responsible for transportation planning and operations. The Business Excellence is responsible for both the identification and execution of T-Hub specific improvement initiatives as well as acting as voice for transportation in greater E2E improvement initiatives. This individual should act as a foundational pillar for the behavioral application of holistic business improvement, sustainable operations, and effective change management.

 

Key Job Responsibilites -

  1. Build a pipeline of identified improvement initiatives across multiple operational facets including operational excellence, service improvement, and cost reduction
  2. Deliver on both individually identified opportunities and Hub or Business-wide initiatives impacting service improvement and cost reduction
  3. Contribute to the construction of an atmosphere of continuous improvement by generating custom/ad-hoc reporting to assist in the operational reviews and identification of performance gaps
  4. Spearheads the continued standardization efforts across the T-hub to ensure category/business planning efficiencies
  5. Contribute to team succession planning by maintaining the robust process documentation developed in conjunction with the T-Hub/TCT projects

  4. SAP TM and interactions with upstream SAP functions
  5. Understanding of transportation/ supply chain theory
