Key Responsibilities

  1. Multiple high intensity end to end programs, spanning South Asia Region (5K+ audience) including ideation, design, creation, piloting, execution, sustenance, governance and ensuring  ROI – Learning Journey Design experience is a must
  2. Will be involved in culture redesign initiatives design and deployment including Psychological safety interventions across the region
  3. Design team effectiveness evaluation and deployment models
  4. Expected to facilitate leadership development training sessions/workshops for our employees
  5. Partner with business to understand learning requirements; design processes & framework
  6. Leadership development, transition programmes, mentoring/coaching programmes
  7. Drive learning tech/digitalization across initiatives

Key Experiences/Behavioral Indicators

  1. Experience in Learning background with high impact learning journey design 
  2. Stakeholder interaction, influence will be critical to role. Should be high on influencing, and also have conviction to defend solutions
  3. Courage, agility and innovation are important traits
  4. Needs to be high on Data orientation, Strong ROI mindsets
