About the Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced National Logistics Manager to lead warehousing excellence across sales branch, factory and distribution center operations. This role will be responsible for driving service, productivity, cost optimization, automation, and warehousing strategy, while partnering with key cross-functional stakeholders to build future-ready logistics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead warehousing service and cost KPIs across the network
• Drive productivity, cost-saving, automation, and logistics excellence initiatives
• Develop and implement warehousing strategy and differentiated service models
• Partner with factories, customer service, transportation, finance, HR, and 3PL partners
• Lead continuous improvement, LEAN, and future-ready warehousing transformation
• Ensure strong performance across safety, sustainability, budget, and risk management

Key Skills & Experience

Must-have:

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in warehouse management / factory logistics / customer supply chain / central logistics
• Strong exposure to warehousing operations, productivity, cost management, and stakeholder collaboration
• Experience with automation, network optimization, 3PL/vendor management, and continuous improvement is preferred

 Educational Qualifications

• MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management / Operations, OR relevant postgraduate qualification in Operations / Logistics.
