Position Title: QA & Food Safety Executive
Location: Manesar
 
Main Purpose of Job
 
Support R&D India in specific areas of expertise (food safety/HACCP, auditing, hygiene, microbiology/chemical food safety, thermal processing, pest control, product quality, packaging).
Support in implementing and maintaining quality systems, regulatory compliances & certifications including ISO 9001, 22000, Halal and Nestle Quality Systems.
 
Key Outputs: 
 
-Establish, implement and update Food safety management system (FSMS).
-Acquiring and maintaining FSSC 22000, ISO 9000 Certification. Implement internal instructions. 
-HALAL certification and adherence to requirements.
-Conducting HACCP studies for R&D Pilot plant.
-Work on projects in the area of food safety. 
-Implementation of Pathogen monitoring on defined frequency
-Conducts training and awareness programmes on food Safety
-On-time release of trial test products in NesTMS. 
-Conducting GMP audit and internal audit.
-Any other job as assigned by the Quality Manager.
-Implementation of Quality System
-Support activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.
-Promote food safety awareness in the R&D unit and across the Noodle Network. Contribute to competence development of food safety in the noodle network. 
-Quality auditing and verification of QA, Lab systems and Pilot plant.
-Support NFSI lab in Scientific discovery.
 
Key Experiences: 

The position requires 5-7 years of working experience in the area of food safety.
 
Academic Experience:
- University graduate or equivalent (preferred food science related)
Operational Experience:
- Demonstrated competence in their specific field to support business requirements:
- Team member in a factory: Quality, Production Support, Application Group, or,
- Team member in the quality department of the Market, PTC/R&D, Centre, NRC, NQACs.
 Business Experience:
- Experience in successfully implementing quality assurance programs:
- Participating in project teams 
- Participating in audit teams and/or improvement projects with more senior staff members
- Establishing networks of peers, in markets or factories
