Job Description:-

 

Main Purpose of Job:- 

 

Talent Acquisition offers E2E hiring support to Markets, Functions and Businesses (volume based, specialized, niche roles)

In order to move from foundational services to value driven services model; we need to moved towards better practices in terms of technology landscape, Sourcing Solutions landscape and scalability across all IBS Centers.  

The incumbent will be responsible to lead and drive transversal and key dimensions of the E2E agenda, in line with the strategic roadmap stablished for the Service Catalog and at a global scale, reporting into Global TA Solutions Lead. The different priorities framed as E2E projects range from Service Digitization, Transitions, Capability Building and other scopes of initiatives driven across service lines, acting as an agent for fast and focused service transformation, closely working with Global HRBS Service Leads, NBS Centers, IT and others to drive the E2E service value.

 

Service Optimization

  • Work with process owners and subject matter experts to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
  • Design optimized processes and select appropriate automation tools and technologies (e.g., Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI, workflow automation tools).
  • Project Manage the implementation of process improvements and automation solutions. Ensure that new processes and technologies are integrated smoothly into the existing environment.
  • Conduct pilot tests for the automation solutions to validate their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments before full-scale deployment  
  • Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor the progress of the optimization and automation activities against the project plan.
  • Monitor service performance and oversee the stabilization period after the implementation of optimization and automation solutions

 

Service Expansion-TA Projects

  • Focus on increasing the adoption, penetration and expansion of services, driving the design and deployment of new scopes across the network
  • Maintain proactive, open, clear and effective communication with customers and stakeholders, as well as promote regular governance, at local, regional and global levels, understanding needs, expectations, and ensuring aligned current and future service providing opportunities in line with the service catalog and IBS global roadmap
  • Drive the adoption of the portfolio in alignment with global and local functional roadmaps
  • Explore and pilot non-standard services that could fit into the service catalog and bring value to the business, always in line with the IBS global team and leadership
  • Support smooth new service set-up, transition, go-live and hyper care of new markets or service lines
  • Work closely with other Global Service Leads to help develop and define innovative new services and solutions and coordinates pilot test phases
  • Govern the network of NBS service leads for the proper exchange of knowledge and cross-fertilization of new services and initiatives

 

Key Experiences:- 

  • Strong functional knowledge with prior successes in building a talent acquisition
    • Understanding and use of ATS platforms (SF will be an advantage)
    • Understanding of technology platforms (AI exposure will be an added advantage)
  • Track record of successful recruitment at all levels (executive recruitment predominantly), including direct sourcing methods for candidates for complex or hard to fill jobs. Extensive experience with digital learning and social media, networks, building internal databases, employee referral programs, etc.  
  • Experience in working in a cross-functional and networked organization (internal and external providers)  
  • Proven understanding of talent acquisition drivers
  • Highly developed leadership and influencing skills as core competencies essential for success within the role  
  • Proven track record in Stakeholder management and ability to collaborate and build relationships  across functional and organizational lines
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity. An understanding of the corporate culture at Nestlé and ability to balance this with regional cultural nuances within the business.
