About the Role
We are looking for a Supply / Network Planner responsible for creating optimized, feasible supply plans that deliver the right service levels while maintaining working capital, freshness, and total delivered cost targets.
This role is ideal for planners who have worked with OMP tool or other advanced planning tools and understand how to convert demand signals into executable supply plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage short‑term (4 months) and mid‑term (18 months) supply plans.
- Optimize the supply network (Factory → DC → SKU) using cost‑to‑serve principles.
- Ensure data accuracy in DRP and planning systems.
- Lead exception management, scenario planning, and inventory interventions.
- Drive adherence to weekly planning cycles and improve customer service levels.
- Partner with Factory, Procurement, Finance, Technical, and NIM teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Support event execution at factories through integrated supply planning.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in Supply or Network Planning.
- Mandatory: Experience working on OMP
- Operational exposure in Factory Planning, Supply Network Planning, or Materials Planning preferred.
- Strong analytical capability with ability to solve planning constraints creatively.
- Understanding of inventory management, MPS/MRP, DRP and supply chain KPIs.
- Ability to manage complexity, exceptions, and cross‑functional alignment.
