Nestle Business Solutions is looking for an experienced TA Projects & Recruitment Manager to lead complex, globally distributed Talent Acquisition initiatives and strengthen our proactive and predictive recruitment model. 

In this role, you will pilot executive hiring for Nestle Business Solutions globally, lead strategic sourcing programmes, and support critical talent priorities across markets, zones and NBS centres. You will work closely with senior HR and business stakeholders to build talent pipelines, deliver executive and niche hiring solutions, and identify the future skills required by the organisation.

A day in the life of a TA Projects & Recruitment Manager 

 

  • Lead complex, end-to-end Talent Acquisition projects across multiple locations, from initial research and solution design through to delivery. 

  • Manage executive hiring assignments for Nestle Business Solutions globally, including senior and business-critical positions. 

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders, HR teams, business leaders and NBS centres to identify opportunities for proactive and predictive hiring. 

  • Create talent slates for critical functions, skills and organisational structures as part of short-term and long-term workforce projects. 

  • Act as a subject-matter expert for executive, hard-to-fill and niche hiring assignments. 

  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies and sustainable talent pipelines for scarce and high-demand capabilities. 

  • Partner with People Analytics and workforce planning teams to translate critical workforce requirements into actionable sourcing roadmaps. 

  • Research, identify and engage prospective candidates through professional networks, digital platforms, social media and other talent channels. 

  • Convert passive talent into active candidates for current and future opportunities through personalised and credible engagement. 

  • Advise senior stakeholders on talent availability, sourcing strategies, competitor activity and market conditions. 

  • Capture and analyse market intelligence, including competitor hiring activity, remuneration practices, organisational structures and the availability of specific talent profiles. 

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing channels and recruitment strategies through relevant data and insights. 

  • Pilot new and enhanced Talent Acquisition services and technology-enabled recruitment practices. 

  • Explore emerging areas such as the gig talent market, evolving Talent Acquisition technologies, artificial intelligence and other greenfield opportunities. 

  • Support knowledge sharing, coaching and capability development across cross-functional teams. 

 

What will make you successful 

 

  • A university degree, preferably supported by a relevant postgraduate qualification. 

  • Strong experience in strategic sourcing and the use of multiple channels to identify and engage talent globally. 

  • Proven experience mapping and scouting candidates across multiple countries or geographies. 

  • Essential experience in executive hiring, gained within a corporate recruitment environment, executive search firm or recruitment agency serving similar or allied industries. 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex Talent Acquisition, transformation or change projects. 

  • Experience interpreting recruitment and market data to generate meaningful business intelligence. 

  • A successful track record of managing senior stakeholders remotely within a matrixed and multicultural environment. 

  • Strong influencing, negotiation and consultative skills. 

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. 

  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content and recommendations to different business audiences. 

  • Solid project management, problem-solving and analytical capabilities. 

  • An understanding of technology-enabled recruitment, analytics and artificial intelligence solutions. 

  • The ability to quickly understand changing business needs and translate them into practical Talent Acquisition solutions. 

  • A collaborative and inclusive approach, with the ability to coach and mentor colleagues in cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with senior business and HR leaders, market and zone stakeholders, NBS Talent Acquisition teams, HR Business Services leaders, People Analytics teams and functional experts. Externally, you may work with executive search partners, professional networks, behavioural assessment experts, consulting organisations, benchmarking companies and recruitment technology providers.
