Talent Intelligence Specialist

Location: Gurugram, India/ Meycauayan, Phillipines

 

Main Purpose of Job: 

Gathering, Analyzing and Sharing timely internal and external data and information relating to Human Resources, Workforce trends, Employee behavior and Competitor activity in the people landscape to support creation and management of the organization's talent management strategy within the market and zone teams.

 

Key Role:

Through understanding of the business, proactively define, research and share information on trends and opportunities for growth for the market, categories and zone teams.

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and consolidate relevant data from various sources, including HR systems, employee surveys, performance evaluations, and external benchmarking data in a fashion that is compliant to legal and regulatory guidelines. Analyze and interpret people data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with business leaders and the analytics specialists to create  comprehensive external scans of the external environments with emphasis on aspects impacting the execution of the strategy. Share competitor changes that pose opportunities/risks for market talent retention.
  • Employee Engagement: Analyze employee engagement survey results and identify factors/emerging trends that impact engagement levels. Provide comparative external data relating to employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
    Diversity and Inclusion: Analyze diversity and inclusion metrics to identify areas for improvement. Share data to support strategies to foster an inclusive and diverse workforce.
  • Performance Management: Analyze performance evaluation data to identify specific analyses on the performance of employees, areas for improvement, and training needs. Provide insights to optimize performance management processes.
  • Optimise spend/investment by ensuring use of the right tools and data sources to support stakeholders. Utilizing market intelligence tools, software, and databases to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  • Reporting: Gather and consolidate internal data for the purposes of fulfilling internal and external reporting needs 
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in people analytics. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills to improve data analysis capabilities. Build capability with NBS and the People Analytics teams on gathering market intelligence

Key Experiences/ Knowledge Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of HR processes and practices, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Research methodologies 
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data management tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders across the organization
