POSITION SUMMARY 
Ensure that all export products (100%) undergo compliance checks at both the producer and recipient levels, and that the necessary certificates are obtained to fulfill the requirements of importing markets.

MAIN DUTIES
•   Ensure that 100% of export products comply with Vietnam's export legislation.
•  Oversee the preparation and quality of application dossiers for export certificates, ensuring they align with the expectations of regulatory authorities and adhere to the established timeline.
•   Ensure uniformity in product naming across all export documentation to maintain clarity and compliance.
•   Manage export projects effectively, ensuring that they are completed within the defined timelines and budget constraints.

REQUIREMENTS
-  Possess a recognized university degree in law or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of academic experience, or demonstrate equivalent knowledge acquired through professional experience in regulatory and scientific affairs.
-   Exhibit a positive "can-do" mindset along with a creative and solution-driven approach to regulatory affairs.
-   Demonstrate the capability to work independently and effectively pursue results.
-   Proficient in English, proven capability to participate in discussions and deliver presentations with clarity and effectiveness.
