POSITION SUMMARY:

As an Accounting Coordinator, you will create, maintain, and review master recipes and periodic data review for accuracy and reconciliation within SAP with a focus in materials accounting. In this role, you will work individually and cross-functionally with key departments to monitor and analyze daily inventory data in ingredients, packaging supplies, and promotional materials, to identify variances, ensuring accuracy and safeguarding against out of tolerance ingredient usage. You will consider areas of opportunity to mitigate and prevent future variances through process improvement methodology, and support plant initiatives of quality, safety, and production within their line of influence.

 

This position will work every other weekend with flex time available.

 

  • Review production time against orders for accuracy, processing corrections, and closing production orders as needed.
  • Work cross-functionally with key departments to provide training and coaching as needed.
  • Work to maintain all aspects of inventory including health checks (slow moving, in-transit, near expiry, incorrect postings, etc.), traceability, accuracy, corrections, and write-offs.
  • Work as the Factory's Master Data Expert by building and maintaining BOMS, Master Recipes and Production Versions in SAP.
  • Perform Kronos functions, processing payroll and audits.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments to ensure accurate reporting for Waste and Material Usage Variances.
  • Complete factory audits to ensure compliance to company policies and procedures as needed.

 
Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • 6 + months experience in an administrative, accounting, materials, or inventory role within a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment.

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $37,000 to $53,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
