Position Summary

We are looking for a Raw and Pack Analyst to support quality control and compliance of raw materials and packaging materials at our Harare Factory. The role ensures that all incoming raw and packaging materials meet Nestlé Quality, Food Safety, and regulatory requirements before use in production.

A Day in the Life of a Raw and Pack Analyst

• - Perform sampling, inspection, and testing of raw and packaging materials in line with Nestlé standards and specifications.
• - Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, and regulatory requirements for incoming materials.
• - Release or block raw and packaging materials based on analytical results.
• - Maintain accurate laboratory and quality control records.
• - Support investigations of non-conforming materials and corrective actions.
• - Work closely with Quality Assurance, Production, and Supply Chain teams.
• - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What Will Make You Successful

• - Diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Food Science, Laboratory Technology, or related discipline.
• - 1–3 years’ experience in a quality control or laboratory environment.
• - Basic knowledge of food safety and quality systems.
• - Strong attention to detail and integrity in results reporting.
• -Ability to work shifts in a factory environmen
