Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences such as Nutrition / Food Technology / Food Science / Dietetics / Biochemistry / Pharmaceutical Science or Pharmacology
Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in detailing nutrition/pharmaceutical products. Experience with data management using a digital device and MS Excel intermediate experience required. Must be bi/multi-lingual (ability to speak two or more local languages).

We are now looking to fill the role of a Tele-Medical Delegate to be based at our Harare Head Office, Zimbabwe.
The Tele-Medical Delegate will be responsible for ethically and science based building the image of the importance of breastfeeding and the role of infant nutrition in the 1st 1000 days.
A Day in the Life of a Nestlé Infant Nutrition Tele-Medical Delegate:
Product and concept detailing in the assigned territory
- Apply Professional Negotiation Skills at an advanced level and use the appropriate product, concept knowledge and research to detail the NIN range to HCPs.
Territory management
- Manage the assigned territory of about 1000 HCPs including HCl's in assigned territory including prospection and insights gathering and sharing
- Achievement of field force effectiveness as per Master data management/ HCP classification/ HCP and HCI segmentation, master schedule planning, HCP call rate, call strike rate and execution of territory action plans through relevant tools/systems like the Contact Relationship Management (CRM).
- Execution of "remote interaction model"
- Creation, implementation and Execution of agreed territory action plan within the allocated budget.
Compliance
- Application of the Code Management system guiding compliance for all daily activities, to assist the leadership team to ensure that all activities within the team and region, comply with the WHO International Code for the marketing of Breastmilk substitutes, Nestlé Instructions and the local S.I. 192 of 2024 Code.
What Will Make You Successful
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences such as Nutrition / Food Technology / Food Science / Dietetics / Biochemistry/Pharmaceutical Science or Pharmacology
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in detailing nutrition/pharmaceutical products. Must be bi/multi-lingual (ability to speak two or more local languages).
- Must have excellent planning, organizing, communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Experience with data management using a digital device experience required
- Must be able to work independently, self-starter, solution oriented, adaptable and result driven
- Must be willing to travel (including minimal trips away from home)
- Experience in identifying and working with new health care institutions & HCPs and developing existing relationship
- Computer literate, MS Office, MS Excel intermediate level with data analysis experience
- Experience with virtual engagements will be an added advantage
