Position Summary

 

As the Lead Operator Training, you will assist instructor led trainings, conduct floor equipment training sessions on all manufacturing procedures, and facilitates employee orientation. You’ll track course attendance and completion in the learning management system, while also supporting the manufacturing shifts in measuring training effectiveness. You’ll have the opportunity to assist coaching and development team members while ensuring the Safety, Quality and Compliance of team members.
 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Modify or create checklist training materials as required to meet business needs
  • Process knowledge training delivery and provide on-the-job training to team members
  • Process updates of training content as part of change control / document change control process for shift
  • Supports collecting and filing training documents according to documentation system.
  • Work with teams to ensure correction of documents
  • Review local and global documents for assignment accuracy
  • Deliver EHS, GMP and other courses


Basic Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and 3+ years of experience in a training capacity within a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment

OR

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Resources, Learning, Business, or related field and 1+ years of experience in a training capacity within a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment
