Position Summary

As the ASRS Specialist (Sr. Warehouse Automation Coordinator), you will maintain system operations that control the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), Autonomously Guided Vehicles (AGV) and conveyance to ensure proper throughput for warehouse operations at a high efficiency and low cost to deliver customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

Monitor the operation of the automatic storage and retrieval warehouses.
Diagnose and communicate system issues with the Automatic Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS).
Responsible for maintaining established protocol to achieve maximum efficiency and utilization of the storage racks.
Respond to and correct any problems within the ASRS systems, i.e., pallet jams, pallet tracking errors, elevator time-outs, etc.
Work directly with Team Leaders, Warehouse administration, and communicate with other ASRS Specialists, Warehouse Technicians, Production Personnel, Operations Planning Management, and QA.

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, operations, military or related environment
