POSITION SUMMARY

As the Maintenance Supervisor you will oversee, coach, and develop maintenance team members in various departments as required. You will also plan and execute the daily work activities for all personnel in assigned areas. You will utilize the equipment and material at hand to meet predetermined quality and safety standards and maintain an efficient operation with the established standards for cost, quality, labor, material, safety, and housekeeping. As Maintenance Supervisor, you will also assign team members to jobs and instruct them on the performance of work assignments. You will also schedule special projects and emergency repairs for all departments in need of maintenance support.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Mentor team members to build technical competencies in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and career growth.
  • Assign daily work tasks to team members and monitor task accomplishment.
  • Ensure team members have the proper tools, supplies, and equipment needed for successful task completion.
  • Support factory continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform required training for all employees and conduct behavioral based safety observations.
  • Ensure safety, corrective and preventative maintenance work orders are completed in a timely manner.
  • Assist in budget preparation and reports maintaining a low cost and high-efficiency operation.
  • All other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • 2+ years’ electrical or mechanical experience in a manufacturing, industrial, production, or military environment.
  • 1+ years’ people leadership experience.

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $72,000 to $101,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
