Position Summary


As a Manufacturing Excellence (ME) Assistant Manager, you are responsible for training, coaching, and assessing factory personnel on Focused Improvement (Six Sigma). This role also includes traditional Industrial Performance responsibilities and supports continuous improvement activities in the factory.

Primary Responsibilities
• Manage industrial performance in the factory through capacity management, line studies, and real-time data acquisition to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support continuous improvement projects and leadership through delegated supervision of employees allocated to those assignments.
• Responsible for leading the Focused Improvement pillar within the factory.
• Perform regular Focused Improvement assessments to ensure the correct application of methods, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Support and direct coaching for all Nestle Continuous Excellence pillars to drive world-class manufacturing.

 Basic Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of continuous improvement project experience and/or coaching in a manufacturing, military, or related environment
