Your Role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving Zoégas’ brand presence through events, experiences, and activation across both out-of-home (OOH) and retail environments. You will own and manage projects end‑to‑end, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring the brand to life in a consistent, impactful, and innovative way.
You will play a key role in strengthening brand visibility, ensuring strong brand consistency across OOH and retail, and translating brand strategy into executional excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and manage brand events and activations from A–Z, including planning, execution, and follow‑up
- Lead and coordinate projects with event agencies and external partners, including negotiations and briefing
- Drive and manage Zoégas sponsorships and partnerships, ensuring premium brand exposure across all sponsored events and collaborations.
- Ensure strong brand consistency across OOH and retail touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with Brand and Marketing teams to align activities with brand and portfolio strategies
- Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners
- Contribute with innovative ideas and continuously identify new opportunities to strengthen brand impact
- Balance creativity with structure, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Own the development and production of all brand accessories (cups, mugs, apparel, merchandise, and other branded materials), ensuring alignment with Zoégas’ visual identity and consistent usage across channels.
We Are Looking for the Power of You
You have experience from a similar role and are comfortable taking ownership, driving projects forward, and making decisions. You are used to working independently, handling multiple stakeholders, and leading initiatives with confidence. Experience within marketing, events, brand activation, or related areas is highly valued, but mindset and potential are more important than years in a specific industry.
You are comfortable managing the event side of the role — from agency collaboration and project management to execution — while also contributing to brand and marketing initiatives. You understand the importance of structure, alignment, and stakeholder management, while still bringing creativity and energy into everything you do.
Education within marketing, event management, business administration or another relevant field is beneficial. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not the most important factor. We value continuous learning, curiosity, and a strong business‑oriented mindset over formal education alone.
