As a Head of Sales OOH, you will lead the sales team OOH to deliver agreed objectives/Sales Plans by building the business relationship with customers/distributors to ensure the best Nestlé products commercialization, promotion, visibility and reach excellence in product experience at consumer level in OOH.

A day in the life of a Head of Sales OOH

 

  • People Management & Leadership (Mancom Member)
    • Ensure development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of staff as well as direct reports in KAM OOH & Field Sales Force OOH, Sales Services and Sales Globe/CRM
    • Contribute to Mancom as a Leader of OOH Channel, but also beyond the role for the overall business, internal and external and for the community
  • Leading Sales OOH     
    • Provide strategic direction/input for development of Channel, Customer/Distributor and Field sales strategies in line with business requirements (MBS and Operational plan)
    • Develop business relationship with key Customers to ensure strategic alignment, reach preferred or privileged partnership and continuously improve customer satisfaction
  • Leading Field Sales Force
    • Coordinate and review the territory management plan on a yearly basis per Channel/Customer and business opportunities
    • Ensure excellent target brake down of defined strategies and KPI, define adequate cycle focus with highlights, measure progress, get info and input about market evolution and our brand/product perception at end-customer level, coordinate wholesaler FSF with briefings towards common success

What will make you successful

 

  • Confirmed experience in Sales, Marketing would be a plus
  • Experience in People Management, International Environment and Swiss market Beverage
  • Network with Swiss FMCG Companies and in Key Customers in OOH
  • French, German, English is required and ideally Swiss German and Italian
