Position Summary

 

As Key Account Manager Out of Home (OOH) for our Water category, you will contribute to the development of winning channel and customer strategies for our top customers, tailoring the global category growth strategy to the Swiss market. In this role you will be the key contributor to the success of strong and well-known brands such as Henniez, San Pellegrino, Vittel, Aqua Panna, Perrier, SanBitter and more.

A day in the life of a Key Account Manager OOH

 

  • Develop and implement long term customer strategic plan to drive sustainable & profitable business (Vision, Portfolio Management, Promotional Strategy, Investments strategy and decision) for the assigned Key Accounts 
  • Strongly collaborate with Marketing, Customer/Channel Sales Development, Field Sales Force, Finance, Supply Chain teams and KAM Assistant 
  • Execute & adapt plans for assigned accounts that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies 
  • Facilitate excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning 
  • Acquire and develop new customers

What will make you successful

 

  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development or Brand Management
  • Knowledge of the Swiss cold drink landscape would be a plus
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain would be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Drive to reach targets, proven negotiation skills, resilience and stress resistance 
  • Fluent in German (ideally Swiss German), French and English
