As the Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for accurately and effectively supporting the plant maintenance group by developing the preventative and predictive maintenance program utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This involves collaborating with the Operations Planning Manager, Production, Maintenance and Engineering departments to coordinate planned maintenance activities to ensure proper asset care and reliability. You will also be responsible for all maintenance work order KPI tracking, trending management, and ensuring that all maintenance activities are effectively planned.
- Execute and improve planning methodology for preventative maintenance program.
- Coordinate SAP for maintenance functions by creating, maintaining, and modifying work orders as necessary.
- Plan work calendar to meet the quality and timeliness expectations of production.
- Provide functional leadership for the hourly maintenance team in processing, packing, and utilities.
- Perform field inspections, determine appropriate job work scopes, develop work plans, and stage parts kits.
- Identify equipment failure trends and report them to the engineering department for root cause analysis.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years of maintenance planning/scheduling experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, military, or related environment
The approximate pay range for this position is $64,000.00 to $102,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
