As a Production Operator, you will be an integral part of our business at Merrick. You are a true value and critical team member. You will train in several areas within the factory so you can learn the operations and be a pivotal asset in our factory as a part of our team. Learning safety policies and standard ways of working as a member of our team are key to our success.

• Work safely always. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Attend safety, team and plant-wide meetings; attend safety and functional training
• Keep work area clean
• Follow plant safety practices and demonstrate understanding and proper operation of equipment and tools
• Move equipment using proper lifting/rigging procedures
• Perform various other duties as assigned
• Must be willing to work weekends, overtimes and back shifts as needed.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced environment

Other

• High School diploma/GED preferred
• Warehouse, manufacturing or related experience preferred

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $15.91. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
