Sales Support Executive

 

Salary £28,000 + excellent companywide benefits + bonus potential

Position Summary

Cereal Partners Worldwide, was formed in 1990 as a joint venture between Nestlé S.A. and American food giant General Mills. Our global Head Office is situated in Lausanne, Switzerland, with the regional office located in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.

 

At Cereal Partners UK we have established ourselves as one of the largest cereal manufacturers in the UK, making many well-loved brands with a long heritage, such as Shredded Wheat, first introduced over a hundred years ago.

 

Our aim is simple: to provide high quality, nutritious and great tasting breakfast cereals. We are on a mission to create a nation of Cereal Lovers!

A day in the life of...

We’re looking for an ambitious candidate and Team Player to join us as a Sales Support Executive working within the Sales Team helping to; boost sales, Cereal Partners’ visibility, and execute below the line marketing activity and grow market share.


Key responsibilities of this role will include: 

  • Administration and Sales Support within the Channel.
  • Pro-actively manage key back office duties in relation to the channel, including CRM Management, Trade Samples, Pricing, Customer Marketing Execution, Trade Shows , Customer Events and ad-hoc requests.
  • Carry out regular store audits and report on competitor activity in the market.
  • Deputise internally for the Business Development Manager where applicable –attending meetings and recording actions on behalf of the team.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding order bookings, credits and invoicing queries.
