Position Summary

Responsible for managing the strategic roadmaps of growth for all streams in Digital marketing, CRM and Ecommerce

A day in the life of...

- Strategize and develop top funnel journey on paid ads (SEM, SEO, GDN). Optimize and collate data for reporting to improve campaign performance.
- Enhancing digital platforms to simplify and increase productivity - Rewards App, Interactive E-Brochure, Adobe Campaign        
- Managing digital marketing assets (e.g. Website, FB, YT, Insta) and online calendar campaigns - content, material, landing pages, launches, promotions, trade and brand initiatives. 
- Creating and carrying out a comprehensive CRM and email marketing strategy; reporting regularly on the effectiveness of these campaigns. 
- Support the development of Ecommerce partners and communication strategies to significantly increase our online sales on key platforms reaching the targeted customer. 
- Support the Key Account teams with development of digital content to be used on 3rd party digital assets such as apps and web. 

What will make you successful

- Bachelor's degree
- Good command in English
- Capability to work cross functionally with marketing, sales and internal & external stakeholders (incl marketing agencies, e-com partners)
- Advanced New media / digital knowledge
- Ability to coach and train stakeholders on the drivers and do's & don't on digital media.
- Experience in developing digital content strategies 
- Experience in agency management and content validation
