Position Summary

Leading and executing all field sales and promotion related planning and ground activities to achieve short and long term business target objectives for the assigned category/products .

A day in the life of...

- Ascertain in-store merchandising/visibility excellence through excellence in execution of planogram displays in MT and TT outlets versus competition and within given budget allocations.                 
- Be the brand / business unit lead to win in B&I, Hotel/Resort, College/University & OOH in a big way. Integrate & lead cross functional planning with OOH champions, Category Channel Sales Development, Sales and brand building functions. Develop multi-faceted marketing plan and execution.                
- Ensure the Sales Forecast by Weekly / Monthly Demand Plan / Review with NVL Demand Planer         
- Providing support in Planning and monitoring the product fixed marketing expenses budget; driving  ATL plan, executing and evaluating to create brand awareness and communication via Nestle Corporate CRM / TVC / Websites / Social network; Planning, executing and evaluating BTL activities.                
- Ensure effective collaboration and co-ordination with the SBU, Regional office and other internal support functions                
- Ensure effective collaboration and co-ordination with Sales Development Manager for the appointed distributor for brand.                
- Explore new business opportunities leveraging digital trends.                
- Contribute to the Integrated Commercial Planning and Market Business Strategy process by identifying key opportunities and possible action plans for the Category/sub Category/brand.                
- Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.

What will make you successful

- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce or Marketing.
- At least 5 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs. 
- Work experience in Key Accounts or Channel Development is an advantage. 
- Good command of English language and computer skills.
