POSITION SUMMARY  
-    Manage and strengthen the business partnership with distributors. Ensure that distributors’ operations are efficient and effective, including warehouse and inventory management, capital investment, logistics, sales force, and customer service levels, etc.
-    Implement, follow up on, and update the Field Sales Plan for the assigned distributor(s).
-    Ensure that distributors perform their roles and achieve the KPI targets Nestlé sets.
-    Liaise with internal (Trade Marketing, Supply Chain) and external (customer, third-party) stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of agreed customer/channel/shopper-related activities.
-    Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
-    Support the development of Field Sales and Category channel OOH plans.
-    Ensure the development and coaching of the distributor sales force team. 

         
REQUIREMENTS
-    At least 3 years of experience in sales or in a similar position within the out-of-home channel (Education, Hotel, Restaurant, etc.), with a proven track record of successfully delivering on KPIs.
-    Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team.
-    Capacity to understand all sales functions, including Trade Marketing, Customer, and Field.

-    Experience in managing distributors.
