MAIN DUTIES
• Innovation and Renovation (I&R) Project Management champion
- Ensure proper implementation of Ideas to Launch (I2L) project management practices/tools and system usage to achieve flawless, effective, and fast execution of the I2L portfolio of Top 5 projects, to deliver on Business objectives and strategies.
- Consolidate Project Management learnings and share them within the I&R Community
- Identify improvement areas and communicate to the I&R Community
- Organize Training and coach I&R Project Managers on I2L Ways of Working, in particular on specific tools and practices.
- Provide a holistic view to I&R Project Managers on project-related matters
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings including monthly Innovation& Renovation meetings, kick-off meetings, check-in meetings, regular project meetings, post-launch reviews and additional meetings or workshops as required.
• I&R Project Manager Resource Management: 
- In collaboration with the I2L Portfolio Manager(s) and Leadership team, align I&R Project Manager resource allocation with project priorities. Ensure Top projects are staffed in priority and with the appropriate Project Manager based on skill set and project complexity.
- Permanently assess I&R PM resource constraints. Escalate to the I&R Portfolio manager and Leadership team in case of issue.
- Partner with functional leaders or provide support to I&R Project Managers to secure function expert resources.
• I&R Project Manager Development: 
- Develop a high-performing I&R Project Management team.
- Leverage PDP and talent processes to build people skills and capabilities of the I&R community
- Provide coaching and possibly training to I&R Project Managers.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years proven success in I&R End-to-End Project Management
- Cross-functional experience in Innovation and Renovation
- Experience in business portfolio development is a plus
