POSITION SUMMARY

Drive category growth through effective execution while ensuring strong shopper and customer relevance.
 
MAIN DUTIES
 
  • Coordinate and execute category initiatives, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and managing the Monthly Sales Review (MSR) process.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive smooth implementation of category plans and collect market feedback, including competitor insights.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and support category and channel development.
  • Monitor competitive activities and shopper trends to optimize trade/BTL activities and develop relevant shopper activation initiatives.
  • Support the planning and forecasting of category activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities and sales performance.
  • Translate category strategies into actionable monthly and quarterly plans, while managing budgets to deliver business objectives effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of FMCG experience in Category, Trade Marketing, Sales, or Customer Development.
  • Strong analytical mindset with solid knowledge of shopper insights, category development, and commercial planning.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive execution, manage multiple priorities, and deliver business results.
