Position Summary

Identify brand/business development opportunities & strengthen focus on key E2E projects, strategic planning and brand health management to support long term profitable increase in market share.

A day in the life of...

- Define strategies and plans for the brand that deliver incremental growth based on identification of new consumers, new shoppers, new territories and new sales channels.                
- Be the brand / business unit lead to win in rural & OOH in a big way. Integrate & lead cross functional planning with rural & OOH champions, Category Channel Sales Development, sales and brand building functions. Develop multi-faceted marketing plan and execution.                
- Develop and propose an effective and strategic shopper path to purchase for the brand based on brand essence, communication strategy, and channel requirements. Support its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our path to purchase actions.                
- Explore new business opportunities leveraging digital trends.                
- Contribute to the Intergrated Commercial Plan and Market Business Strategy process by identifying key opportunities and possible action plans for the Category/sub Category/brand.                
- Lead Monthly Business Planning process for the business unit. Be close to the business and understand deeper dynamics of sales.                
- Manage and lead broader cross-functional/cross category projects which have implications beyond current core business - build the future.                
- Be the lead from the business unit side for sports marketing and raising healthier next generation of Vietnam. Manage on-ground marketing activation aspects (in coordination with Communication Marketing Support team) as well as consumer messaging.  
 

What will make you successful

- 5+ years commercial experience, Previous experience in Sales and Marketing

- Demonstrable record of success in marketing or customer facing role or channel management.

- Understands consumer marketing /customers/ shopper and the selling process.

- Understands key business functions

- Ability to motivate and develop people
