Assist to National Sales Development Manager & National Sales Capability Manager to build a strong & professional sales force team through buid training documents, training campaign, training project & work closely with Branch Training Manager to deploy them.
1. Build Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Training Need Analysis
2. Build the training topics & training documents
3. Build & deploy the training campaign
4. Training/ coaching (Class-room and on field)
5. Improve Sales Efficiency & effectiveness though
6. Qualify Sales force – Performance analysis & update
7. Sales trainee program: Leading and ensure the implementation of Sales trainee program
- 5+ years experience in sales or similar position in FMCG is preferable, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people - Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
