Position Snapshot
  • Be the contact point for "MSE (Marketing, Sales and eBusiness) service delivery team" - Check the communications from MSE and the websites affected and inform site owners if necessary. Support businesses on their day-to-day issues. In case of question escalation point is the Regional Service Integration Manager
  • Understand Digital Development Process (DDP) service request forms (Incident, DNS change, Web Hosting, User Account Administration, security scan, Google Search appliance, web sites decommissioning, ... )
  • Organize and run training sessions with 3rd party Agencies on Service Delivery processes (MSE-Wiki, access to service documentations)
  • Be involved in procurement process for 3rd party local digital partners selection and support service contracts
Position Summary

 

  • Understand MSE charge back models and cost of different MSE services. Ensure local contact for charge back is in place on (Cost concerned hosting, scanning, akamai, …)
  • Enforcing Guidelines and Standards on hosting, security, privacy, mobile
  • Enforcing Privacy - in collaboration with the privacy controller inside legal department
  • Be Accountable for Security Scan in ensuring that all web sites and other digital properties when applicable are scanned before to go live and that scan result is review by security team
  • Keep updated the DigiPI (Digital Property Inventory) with all digital assets (web sites, mobile apps, …)
  • Know where to find information with regular check in the Service catalogue, the MSE team room, Facebook Workplace…
  • Provide and introduce Technical Guidelines to Agencies
  • Actively participate to any Digital audits requests
A day in the life of...
  • Act as the Single Technical Point of Contact for the local digital network and Business partners (including local digital Agency technical contacts)
  • Provides local coordination for assigned global/regional initiatives to be rolled out in the Market

               -   Help to Implement Services: Services are listed in the digital catalogue available in the Nestle. The real scope depends on market business requirements.

  • Ensure compliance of local solutions, systems and data and promote these within the local organization

 

What will make you successful
  • Bachelor degree
  • Strong technical background/understanding in web development (LAMP stack), social network integration and preferably mobility technologies
  • Be proactive and Service oriented
  • Ability to translate the technical topics to business language and communicate to stakeholders
  • Ability to understand the business needs and requirements
  • Proficient English written and spoken
