A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Respond to consumers' queries on nutrition and health areas via phone and written channels in a timely and accurate way
• Provide and clarify information regarding the nutrition of the Nestlé products and services to consumers
• Offer counselling and suggestions for positive alterations in nutrition and dietary restrictions for consumers and their children or babies
• Follow up with consumers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Inform consumers about new products, functionality, and campaigns, if any
• Treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts and complaints following the specific guidelines
• Gather consumers' feedback to generate insights and complete an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) database and knowledge-based documents.
• Build a relationship with the stakeholders internally (& external if required), providing them with information regarding health and nutrition topics to support business decision making
• Offer counseling and suggestions to the brands/businesses to ensure Nestlé NHW value and brand reputation. Support the execution of Market NHW strategy to drive business growth and enhance Nestlé's reputation.
• Develop and conduct training for new hires and all CES team members, and continuously receive updates on nutritional knowledge
• Contribute, develop, and maintain CES/NHW process documentation if required

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL:

• 3 years+ Experience advising clients to make good food intake choices and meal planning or at least 3 years experience in consumer services or medical delegate at Nestlé regarding nutritional areas.
• Baby and adult nutrition knowledge (steps for baby and diet intake for adult)
• Good product and nutrition knowledge, experience in the consumer services area
• Good people management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
