A DAY IN THE LIFE… 

•    Digital Performance Strategy: Develop and oversee comprehensive digital campaign execution strategies that ensure campaign delivery excellence, accelerate brand growth, boost sales, and expand customer acquisition across Nestlé’s brand portfolio.          
•    Campaign Supervision: Lead and manage large-scale, multi-channel digital campaigns, ensuring top-tier performance metrics and market-leading results.
- Optimize Media - Strategically guide optimization of media spends to improve Campaign KPIs. Analyze campaign set-up and execution to guide agency team on opportunities to improve performance. 
- Explore Emerging Channels - Advance Nestlé’s online capabilities by piloting test and learn in new channels and platforms. Leverage test-and-learn initiatives with strategic JBP (Joint Business Plan) partners.        
•    Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, guidance, and oversight to internal and external team of digital marketers, analysts, and content creators, nurturing an environment of innovation and perpetual enhancement. 
- Capability Building - Foster internal capability development among internal team members.
•    Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytical tools to monitor, scrutinize, and report on campaign performance, refining strategies based on derived insights.

        

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL

•    Strong proficiency in GA4, FBAds Manager, DV360, Tiktok Ads Manager
•    Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau, or similar
•    Familiarity with third-party tracking solutions and integration methods.
•    Strong and in-depth, hands-on platform knowledge. Adept in use of analytical tools for monitoring and optimizing performance.
•    Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (Brand, Media) and external partners (Platforms, Media Agencies).
•    Data driven mindset - Strong analytical capabilities to interpret media metrics and make data-driven decisions that enhance digital campaign performance.
•    Strong communication skills
