Our GoodNes program is central to delivering balanced, enjoyable diets to billions of people globally. To achieve this at scale, we are developing a global digital service platform for rollout in multiple markets and regions.
In this role as Digital Product Manager, you will oversee the local implementation of the GoodNes program in Vietnam, including managing the Nestlé brand websites. Your primary goal is to expedite the platform’s launch, drive consumer engagement, and ensure that product features align with both consumer needs and business objectives.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the deployment of the product vision and strategy for the GoodNes program and Nestle websites, working closely with stakeholders and development teams to shape key platform features, services, and roadmap based on a deep understanding of business requirements.
• Lead the accelerated roll-out of the GoodNes program in Vietnam, taking accountability for delivery in line with project plans and delivery dates.
• Act as the champion for the customer experience, ensuring the optimal delivery of the experience vision and value creation for both end-users and the business.
• Manage with agency and external partners to prioritize the product backlog, features roadmap, and business requirements, aligned with the overall product strategy, vision, and goals based on evolving consumer and business needs.
• Propose/evaluate the decisions on what features to include in each sprint or release cycle, based on the value they will deliver to consumers and the business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders (e.g., customers, partners, executives, and other departments) on matters related to the GoodNes program and other websites.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners across all levels of the organization to ensure requirements are captured to inform the product roadmap.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, designers, marketers, and Global team) to ensure that the product meets customer needs.
• Continuously monitor platform performance, gathering feedback from consumers and stakeholders, leveraging data to drive decisions and prioritization of future enhancements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, emerging external trends, and new technologies that may impact the product’s future success.
• Demonstrate leadership and ownership of the product, inspiring others to share and contribute to the overall vision and goals.

 

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
1. Digital Project Management Expertise
Proven success in product/project management, with proficiency and experience in one or more of the following: SEO/SEM, PIM/CMS, content syndication, and digital experience platforms. Ability to design consumer journeys for an enhanced consumer experience is a plus.
2. Customer-Centric & Data-Driven
Your ability to translate data into actionable insights that enhance performance is necessary. A solid understanding of UX/UI principles and GA analytics is desirable.
3. Agile & Adaptable
Comfortable working with Agile methodologies, thriving in fast-paced, matrixed environments, and applying design thinking and continuous iteration to drive outcomes. Ease in working as an individual contributor or part of a team in equal measure.
4. Effective Collaboration & Communication
Strong stakeholder management skills, adept at partnering with cross-functional teams and communicating effectively at all levels of the organization.
5. Results-Focused Leadership
