MAIN DUTIES of an E-COMMERCE MANAGER:
- Own the end-to-end business objectives, planning and management of eCommerce Stakeholders (Pure Player Platforms, eRetailers plus Click & Mortar Partners, eService Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, Distributor and others) for all business models including
- Become the owner, manager, and go-to-person for eCommerce pillars of the assigned customers including Commercial, Onsite & Online Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Logistics & Inventory Management, Customer Service.
- Brainstorm, initiate, negotiate, manage, and review Trade, Sales & Media Plans with internal and external stakeholders on Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly basis to guarantee the KPIs are fully achieved.
- Manage, guide, and participate in direct planning and tasks execution for eCommerce Stakeholders that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies.
- Facilitate excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning. Continuously upgrade professional skills and suggest initiatives to develop the categories, brands and stakeholders' relationships with aggressiveness and sustainability.
- Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon eBusiness (eCommerce and related functions under Marketing & Communications Service team) targets and KPIs that are given by line managers.
- Build strong, productive and sustainable relationships with eCommerce stakeholders to gain advantages in negotiation and support. Stay alert and abreast of market updates and industry news and share with the team for better anticipation.
- Manage, train, develop and assess performance of direct reports. Set KPIs and performance tracker to ensure all goals and objectives are delivered.
- Build template, Consolidate, Present Business Reports. Summon Business Performance Reviews and Planning Session on Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basis. Handle other kinds of report upon request by line managers.
- Support internal process and additional tasks that are assigned by line managers and top management. Ensure all expected results are delivered on time with high content quality and insightful output.
- Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Background in eCommerce from platforms or brand owners.
- Experience in FMCG, particularly in Mother & Baby and Food & Beverage categories.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, with proven negotiation skills and ability to achieve targets and manage budgets.
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing/media plans; shopper marketing experience is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success in delivering KPIs, including top-line and bottom-line business results.
- Strong media experience is essential.
- Solid knowledge of media planning processes, brand-building principles (Nestlé Ways), and key digital platform fundamentals
- Established network with eCommerce operators and platform category managers.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Result-oriented, customer-centric, data-driven, and fact-based decision-making.
