POSITION SUMMARY

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is accountable for driving the People Agenda within a designated Business Unit, acting as a strategic partner to ensure HR initiatives directly support business objectives. This includes designing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive People Plan that aligns with organizational priorities, fosters a high-performance culture, and enables long-term growth.

 

A DAY IN LIFE OF A HR BUSINESS PARTNER

 

HR Strategy & People Plan

  • Develop and execute People Strategy and People Plan for assigned Division/BUs.
  • Align workforce planning with immediate and future organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic advice on people-related matters to Business Heads, addressing opportunities and challenges proactively.

Organizational Design & Development (OD&D)

  • Continuously review and optimize Division/BU structure to enhance performance, ensuring compliance with Nestlé principles and local needs.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives using proven methodologies.
  • Coach and support Line Managers in implementing core HR processes aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with leaders to build functional and leadership capabilities for current and future needs.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Drive talent agenda based on People Plan.
  • Support Line Managers in succession planning, performance reviews, and other key HR processes.
  • Provide insights to Total Rewards Strategy, reinforcing Pay-for-Performance culture.

Employee Relations

  • Foster positive, collaborative relationships between managers and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Advise on complex employee situations, including legal cases and sensitive issues.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Champion an inclusive, empowering culture built on Speed, Collaboration, Learning, and Courage.
  • Promote transparency and trust through open communication and continuous improvement.
  • Address workplace risks and ensure fair, timely resolution of issues.
  • Lead wellbeing initiatives through proactive programs and support.

Employee Services

  • Act as One HR Team, collaborating with CoCs and Local HR Services.
  • Share insights to support development of new HR requirements and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage resources from NiM above-market CoC Teams for best practices and efficiency.
