HR Executive - Employee Relations
POSITION TITLE: HR EXECUTIVE – EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
1. Position Snapshot
- Function / Team: Human Resources – Employee Relations / Total Rewards & ER
- Location / Work Model: Ho Chi Minh City (onsite)
- Mission / Purpose: Ensure smooth delivery of employee relations programs, benefits administration, staff events, and expatriate relocation services, while supporting safety initiatives and contributing to an engaging and compliant work environment.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of staff events in partnership with Recreation Committee and Trade Union.
- Manage end‑to‑end administration of employee benefits (insurance, mobile, car/taxi, wellness programs, flexible benefits).
- Coordinate expatriate relocation services (housing, schools, work permits, insurance registration, settling‑in activities).
- Act as HR focal point to support in safety, security, health & environment activities for the Head Office and field forces.
- Support ER Head in implementing Employee Relations strategy and Health Roadmap.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting, documentation, and HR correspondence related to ER and expatriate services.
- Manage internal and external vendors to ensure quality and cost‑efficient service delivery.
3. Requirements
Must Have:
- University degree with ~3 years of experience in HR/Admin roles.
- Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (written & spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of local labor law and HR administration processes.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of HR Management and Nestlé HR policies (TR, Expatriate policy, HR initiatives).
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with expatriate employees or mobility/transfer coordination.
- Familiarity with international schools, housing agencies, or event management suppliers.
- Experience in running staff events or employee engagement programs.
Reporting Line: Reports to Head of Total Rewards & Employee Relations.
