Position summary

  • Support the Head of Modern Trade (MT) in developing, tracking, and optimizing sales plans and targets through in-depth customer and channel insights.
  • Assist the Head of MT in preparing business documents and presentations for key internal and external meetings.
    Coordinate closely with Key Account teams, Demand Supply Planning, Sales Operations, and Trade Marketing to ensure effective stock allocation by category, promotional execution and Allocation of POPs (category).
  • Identify opportunities for channel and customer development; build customer-specific sales plans and propose tactical initiatives in collaboration with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
  • Monitor competitor activities across customers and provide actionable insights to strengthen competitive advantage.
  • Support the Key Account sales team by developing fact-based selling stories for new products and product launches.
  • Ensure full compliance with company principles and policies, including Nestlé Management Leadership Principles, Trade Spend (TS), global and local Trade Policies, Trade Terms, IC3, Safety standards, and local regulations.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management, with a proven track record of delivering KPIs.
  • Strong planning and numerical skills, with solid business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent analytical ability and strategic thinking.
  • Strong, clear, and confident communication skills.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end sales functions, including Trade Marketing, Customer Development, Field Sales...
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver clear, data-driven business insights.
