OOH RTM and Training Manager

MAIN DUTIES
•    Design and deliver training and coaching programs to enhance the capabilities of the OOH sales team across all levels. 
•    Build strong commercial acumen through coaching on product applications, customer and operator insights, and effective selling techniques. 
•    Develop and implement capability-building initiatives covering foundational, intermediate, and advanced sales skills. 
•    Partner closely with sales leaders to identify capability gaps and drive continuous performance improvement. 
•    Lead the development and deployment of Sales Fundamentals tailored to the OOH and NP businesses. 
•    Drive Route-to-Market (RTM) excellence by identifying opportunities to improve coverage, execution efficiency, and customer engagement. 
•    Establish best practices, training frameworks, and tools to strengthen sales effectiveness and support sustainable business growth.
 
REQUIREMENTS
-    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline.
-    6+ years of successful Sales experience with consistent KPI achievement. 
-    Strong exposure to Trade Marketing, Customer Development, and Field Sales. 
-    Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving business impact. 
-    Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. 
-    Experience in capability building, training, or coaching is a plus. 
-    Solid understanding of Sales Fundamentals and RTM Excellence. 
-    Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
