RTM Manager

1. Position Snapshot
Lead the RTM strategy and transformation agenda to deliver best-in-class channel growth, productivity, and sustainability aligned with Strategic Business Review (SBR) and Operational Master Plan (OMP).

 
2. Key Responsibilities 
• Define RTM strategy and lead transformation initiatives to optimize channel growth and efficiency. 
• Identify pain points and opportunities using outlet analytics; segment outlets and map white spaces for growth. 
• Develop RTM plans for urban and rural markets to improve route planning and sales effectiveness. 
• Own and implement Right Store strategy, ensuring optimal distributor and route design. 
• Build RTM capabilities across branches; monitor execution quality and compliance. 
• Generate RTM dashboards and metrics; ensure data-driven decision-making. 
• Support Channel Development Team with accurate volume/revenue forecasts. 
• Conduct ROI analysis for RTM processes and share insights with stakeholders.  


3. Requirements 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales with proven KPI delivery. 
• Strong knowledge of sales functions (Trade Marketing, Customer, Field) and distributor management. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams. 
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills with experience in financial analysis. 
• Familiarity with rural market dynamics and partnership building. 


Nice to Have: 
• Experience in FMCG industry. 
• Advanced knowledge of retail outlet universe and market intelligence. 
• Exposure to Integrated Commercial Planning processes.
