Role Title:

RTM Executive

 

Function / Team:

Sales – Route to Market

 

Location / Work Model:

Ho Chi Minh City (Nationwide scope, frequent field visits – approx. 1 trip/month)

 

Mission / Purpose:

Ensure compliance and quality of route-to-market execution, manage rural distributor models, and provide analytical insights to optimize sales efficiency and policy implementation across Vietnam.

 


Key Responsibilities

  • Review compliance and assess quality of route planning and execution nationwide.
  • Manage rural distributor model, ensuring alignment with company standards and performance KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate reports on RTM performance, distributor compliance, and route efficiency.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support development and implementation of policies related to distributors (NPP), DSR, and sales rep salary structures.
  • Coordinate with third-party partners and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of RTM initiatives.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, demonstrating agility and problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct monthly field visits to rural areas to validate execution and gather market insights.

Must Have Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Vietnam market dynamics and rural distribution models.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail in compliance and policy execution.
  • Ability to travel nationwide (approx. 1 trip/month).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Tech-savvy mindset; basic programming knowledge is a plus.
  • Exposure to distributor management and policy development.
  • Familiarity with FMCG industry practices and Nestlé standards.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, field sales, or RTM-related roles.
