MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Act as a champion for Sales Control Compliance across both Accounting and Operations.

POSITION SUMMARY

1.  Ensure Sales Accounting Compliance:
•    Review all sales cost bookings to ensure proper booking, allocation, and offsetting in accordance with NAS and tax regulations.
•    Coordinate with CoS to address any booking or payment issues.
•    Review the calculation of CoS for the sales scheme to ensure accuracy.
•    Proactively review all processes to ensure continuous improvement.
2.  Ensure Sales Compliance with Nestlé and Government Regulations:
•    Review and ensure that all trade schemes comply with applicable laws and tax regulations, as well as Nestlé standards, WHO code compliance, and scheme tracking and registration.
•    Proactively review and enhance compliance for trade activities and payment processes.
3.  Ensure Sales Compliance at NDP and Sales:
•    Review processes to enhance the NDP audit process.
•    Coordinate NDP/Field audits or ad hoc audits.
•    Identify improvement opportunities through audits, implement action plans, and follow up to close gaps.
•    Conduct training on compliance for the sales team.
4.  Other Tasks to support NDP and administrative processes for the sales team
 

REQUIREMENTS
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting.
•    Sustainable performance in finance; proficiency in English and audit experience are preferred.
•    Solid understanding of business principles, finance, and best practices from other functions to support sustainability and drive business performance; a solid understanding of control.
•    Good working knowledge of government regulations.
•    Strong knowledge of the product portfolio and brand profitability.
•    Thoroughly versed in and able to apply local and Nestlé standards in accounting and costing related to the sales function.
