MAIN DUTIES
• Training Needs Analysis & Content Design: Analyze region-specific training needs and design practical training programs, tools, and sales kits. Manage the annual Sales Training & Coaching calendar and budget.
• Training & Coaching (Classroom & On-Field): Deliver classroom and field training for ASM/OM/DSR levels, coaching the team to master Sales Fundamentals and apply Nestlé's principles.
• Capability Building & Performance Management (OOH): Qualify and develop ASM/FSS candidates; run performance reviews and root-cause analysis on key KPIs (call quality, conversion, customer base growth, SKU penetration). Identify gaps and drive targeted coaching.
• Special Projects: Support OOH-related sales projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of delivering KPIs and business results.
- Strong understanding of Trade Marketing, OOH Customer Management, and Field/B2B Sales & Distribution.
- Proven success in at least 2 of 3 core sales areas: Channel Development (CDT), Customer Management, and Field Sales.
- Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and translate insights into capability-building actions.
