POSITION SUMMARY

•    Supervise influencer marketing governance, ensuring best practice sharing, agency performance, service quality, and compliance with global guidelines and requirements.
•    Create and execute strategies to boost sales and enhance brand awareness via social media platforms. Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to produce engaging content, manage online communities, and optimize social media campaigns for maximum conversions.


MAIN DUTIES

Provide strategic guidance to F&B business units in TikTok shop & other relevant platforms, ensuring Nestlé Vietnam remains future proof by:
•    Developing an optimal commercial model supported by meaningful KPIs and a consistent measurement framework across agency and business unit relationships.
•    Maintaining a preferred list of macro and micro KOLs/influencers to foster long-term relationships with Nestlé and its brands, driving added value and commercial gains. Allocation for MKT activities on TikTok shop
•    Adhering to the Global playbook while incorporating local nuances for internal and external team education on Dos and Don'ts.
Ensuring the best relationships with top agency partners through daily feedback and guidance, using the Aprais score as a quality indicator.

Lead and manage overall social commerce by:
•    Scaling up the TikTok Shop to meet Nestlé Vietnam's ambitions, driving sustainable growth with continuous profitability improvements.
•    Continuously optimizing media to improve ROAS and increasing the contribution of organic GMV drivers through strategic use of affiliates.
•    Managing the right assortments and marketing support to drive AOV while maintaining a healthy ratio between core and non-core SKUs.
•    Collaborating with sales and internal stakeholders to manage supply planning and ensure no violations of the committed price floor for core SKUs.
•    Evolving Nestlé's online commerce capabilities by expanding to new emerging channels and platforms through test-and-learn initiatives with strategic JBP partners like TikTok, Meta, and Google.
•    Building internal capabilities among relevant stakeholders in commercial functions within Nestlé.


REQUIREMENTS

•    Bachelor’s degree 
•    Demonstrated expertise in content creation, social media, influencer marketing, and eCommerce.
•    In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
•    Comprehensive knowledge of eCommerce and digital marketing principles.
•    Proficiency with online media management tools and analytics platforms.
•    Strong analytical skills for interpreting online and social media metrics to make data-driven decisions.
•    Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
