POSITION SUMMARY
The Supply Planning Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining production plans that balance customer demand with available manufacturing capacity. The role ensures the timely availability of finished and semi-finished goods at the right quantity and location while optimizing inventory levels, product freshness, service performance, and end-to-end supply chain costs.
MAIN DUTIES
• Develop and maintain an 18-month production plan to ensure the optimal balance between customer demand and available manufacturing capacity across internal and external production sites.
• Manage capacity planning by evaluating production constraints, labor requirements, plant shutdown schedules, and investment plans.
• Proactively identify and resolve capacity and supply risks, ensuring timely communication and alignment with key stakeholders.
• Partner with factories and cross-functional teams to drive planning improvements that enhance flexibility, reliability, and service levels.
• Participate in key supply planning reviews and collaborate with demand planning, manufacturing, and commercial teams to support business objectives.
• Support annual volume planning and long-term capacity strategies through scenario analysis, capacity simulations, and contingency planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean/NCE principles and sharing best practices across planning and operations teams.
• Work closely with production, business excellence, and supply chain partners to optimize planning processes and drive operational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing.
- Experience in production scheduling, inventory management, or factory operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience with Lean/NCE, continuous improvement, or CAPEX planning is a plus.
