POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for an expert Influencer Marketing Manager to join our growing team and lead Influencer Marketing for the VMHS business at Nestle’s Health Science. Join us and put your creativity and passion into action as you shape the creator strategy for large and well-known brands within our VMHS portfolio while helping to grow influencer marketing at NHSc into a key brand & business driver that demonstrates measurable impact.

 

This position is part of the Influencer Marketing team within the Brand Engagement group. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall VMHS Influencer Marketing strategy (organic & paid) as well as the day-to-day influencer campaign management, building and maintaining strong relationships with relevant influencers, and reporting campaign results. You will manage Influencer Marketing agencies as well an engage directly with influencers & creators.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a detailed Influencer strategy for each supported brand, aligned to the holistic brand strategy and business objectives – including always-on and campaign strategies
  • Partner with agencies AND work independently (leveraging tools & platforms) to do the following:
    •  identify brand-relevant influencers, initiate outreach, and build relationships.
    •  Thoroughly vet potential influencers and their followers to ensure brand fit and brand safety
    •  Develop briefs & coach creators toward best-in-class content
  •  Review and approve influencer concepts & creative to ensure content alignment with strategies as well as brand standards, mission, and values.
  •  Monitor, manage, and report on performance of organic & paid campaigns, including both performance-driven and awareness campaigns
  •  Ensure all contractual obligations are met and all campaigns are successfully launched.
  •  Optimize strategy and execution based on learnings
  •  Partner closely with Brand & Integrated Marketing teams to leverage creators and their content as part of our campaigns & always-on brand moments
  •  Stay on top of trends, share case studies, and demonstrate thought -leadership across the organization
  •  Continuously research and learn from other successful brands with a strong social media & influencer presence.
  •  Work with the Influencer Marketing Lead on the master roadmap, playbook and measurement plan to grow influencer marketing into a key brand & business driver, with measurable impact across reach & impressions, traffic & sales

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of influencer marketing 
  • Hands-on experience across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and social media platforms
  • Experience with Direct-to-Consumer brands is a big plus
  • Ability to build and execute influencer strategies both with and without dependency on agencies
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to lead others
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong networking skills
  • Strong visual and verbal presentation skills
  • Aptitude for thinking analytically, with a results-driven mindset
