Position Summary:
The Senior Inbound–Outbound Coordinator ensures smooth, uninterrupted production by keeping materials, production orders, and system data flowing accurately throughout each shift. This administrative role directly supports the Production Supervisor by managing key documentation, monitoring system activity, and ensuring timely communication across teams to maintain line readiness and operational continuity.
In addition to overseeing day‑to‑day production order execution, the coordinator strengthens process reliability through accurate data management, organized shift handoffs, and proactive issue resolution. The role also contributes to continuous improvement, documentation updates, training support, and administrative tasks that help the production team operate safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Work Scheduled: Sunday - Thursday / 11:00pm - 7:30am
Key Responsibilities:
- During the shift, confirms production in SAP, reconciles discrepancies, updates downtime data, TECOs production orders, and escalates material or staffing risks to prevent production interruptions.
- Completes end‑of‑shift responsibilities, including full reconciliation, EOS reporting, and providing a clear, organized handoff to the next shift.
- Contributes to continuous improvement efforts, maintains documentation, supports training activities, and performs administrative tasks that enhance operational reliability.
- Ensures material readiness, accurate execution of production orders (POs), and integrity of system data.
- Reviews shift handoffs, emails, and line readiness; aligns priorities during daily huddles; and confirms component availability to release production orders.
Experience & Education Requirements:
- High school diploma required; an associate degree or higher is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience working with labor planning and asset coordination.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (EWM) and SAP is preferred.
- Able to work independently with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
- Proficient in using technology and software applications.
- Demonstrates clear and effective communication skills.
- Shows urgency and ownership when resolving errors; adapts well to changing priorities, meets deadlines, and can train or mentor peers.

The approximate pay range for this position is $58,000.00 to $62,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
