Position Summary
Build and maintain effective business relationships with specific key accounts in indent (local and export trade)

- Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue.
- Develop and implement customer business plans and reviews
- Adheres to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and Legal regulations
- Promote products of all entities, and coordinate sales efforts with other department sales.
- Leading and perform market & sales channel analysis as part of market research, to investigate and to identify growth opportunities
What will make you successful
- Degree holder or above in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in Account Management, Business Development or Field Sales or Trade Marketing
- Familiar to FMCG or retail operations and demonstrated success in previous roles are advantage
- Good Problem Solving, Analytical and Presentation skills
- Positive thinking, high degree of self-motivation, reliable, persistent and result-orientated
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidate with more experience will be consider as Assistant Account Manager
