Develop and execute new product development process. It is of crucial importance to understand consumers, markets, and competitors in order to develop products that deliver superior value to target customers.

A day in the life of...

  • Responsible for developing strategies for new products from idea generation, research, flavor development, package design to ensure product on-time launch
  • Develop and execute new product brand building strategies, marketing and communication plans for infant formula products
    Identify brand opportunities and challenges; Conduct market research and data analysis, draw insights and propose business actions
  • Engage and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams as well as the Advertising and Media Agencies
  • Monitor Advertising and Promotion budget
  • Achieve sales and KPI Targets designated by the management 

What will make you successful

  • Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 3 years’ FMCG and MNC brand marketing experience
  • Understand the business environment with solid new product development experience; Experience in infant formula category is a definite advantage
  • Self-Initiative, innovative and drives for changes
  • Results Focus, excellent planning and project management skills
  • Data sensitive and strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
