- Provide excellent and quality Food & Beverage solutions that deliver superior value to our business partners
- Develop and implement annual customer plans which is aligned with overall business & customer strategies and designated sales target

- Exploring partnership with different customers / channels to achieve and exceed revenue and company growth objectives in designated areas
- Building long term relationship with different business partners (restaurant operators & wholesalers)
- Leading and perform market & sales channel analysis as part of market research, to investigate and to identify growth opportunities for channel plan development
- Adheres to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety, and legal regulations
What will make you successful
- Degree holder or above in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years working experience with FMCG background in sales operations, account management, wholesaler management & business development
- Proven record of experience in HORECA/food service industry is a definite advantage
- Capable to work smoothly with different stakeholders in out-of-home (OOH) industry
- Knowledgeable in Category and Channel management and understand the business environment
- Result orientated, strong problem solving, project management skills, analytical and numerical skills
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Account Manager
